i was just wondering if you could give tips on running and the way in which the arms should be used an the positions they should be in. I only bring this up because i have a player who seems like she is going to fall over everytime she runs. and also yes, you did mention the girls need to practice…you joker!

two days ago my teacher gave me the role of GS - I thought she was mad at the time as I have never played GS in my life before. However I talked to another shooter before the match who helped me out loads. She told me exactly what to do - and as I am not the tallest. She tried to intercept the shot. The result was that we won the game 15-3 and I scored every shot but 2. I was really enjoying playing the new position. ( used to play GK)

This is a good technique based on shooting. However, I would also suggest that maybe some players who shoot might not be able to do both feet in the same position. They might like one foot further in front, causing a better balance and a closer distance the the net. Always easier to have the opposite foot to the shooting hand. Thought I would say my opinion.
Other than that I like the technique break down.(:

i am a shooter and i cant shoot properly and no one passes to me …. my mum is the coach and now i cant prove to her that im good coz i dont get the ball ….. please help so that i can become a better shooter

I have a game tomorrow agist what i have heard a really good team. i am a goal shooter, and feel quite nervous what happens if they are really good, i might be able to have 1 single shot, thankfully i have good hand eye co-orination and am able to shoot from far distances. do you think i will have a chance to even shoot. i dont want to let the rest of the team down. xx
