My fiends and i have started a team with the league due to start in 4 weeks- I wondered if you had any tips on what we should do when training- formations etc. At present we have passing drills, shooting- stuff we are trying to remember from school!
When I am playing a match, I am so focused, I just switch off, and I only see myself and the ball. I am a Goal Shooter, and evry time I missed I realise i didnt practise enough

being center in netball may be tiring but its fun. sometimes during the match i may be to fast so i can’t really focus well. hope i will excell in netball !
